How to define store

Dear All,

We completed define store(include site,plant) but when we create article(MM41) then system can not creattion with message as

MLPH(site,plant) is not store

pls help us

Pl. check the configuration of site profile and account group in SPRO. When you create site through wb01, you need to mention the site profile. Based on the config of site profile, your site would behave.

Did you create the store using WB01 transaction ?

Since an R/3 plant cannot function as a Retail Store, you will get this error.

we created store with WB01 system no error. But we create article MM41 then system can not put store

Hi.

You should check the site profile.

The standar system has three site profile for store:

0110 Store w/o intercomp. billing

0120 Store with intercomp. billing

0130 Store with external billing

To check what site profile your store was created, use transaction WB03 and push buton Administrative data (Ctrl+F9).

Make sure that you are using the right one.
