How to Create Store with T-code MM41

Hi all,

We completed define plant(site) but when we create Article(MM41) then system can not allow create article with message as: MLHP(site) is not store.

pls help us

Check configuration settings in site profiles in SPRO, site category must be Store for creating stores, for DC should DC

During create site need to enter site profile

As i mentioned earlier, kindly check you site profile configuration on following path.

SPRO> IMG> Logistics - General --> Plant Master --> Control Data --> Site Profile

you need to mention site cat. as "A" in control section. your issue would get solved.

since you are creating site, you need to mention site profile and site profile will determine that your site is "A" store or "B" distribution center.

SPROIMGLogistoics generalPlant masterSite profiles

with site category as "A" asigned.

2. We create site wb01 include plant profile as above.

3. We create article with MM01 can not done

Hi when you create Article (MM41) whats the error you have geeting.

Check in SPRO > specific settings and distribution chain control, that indicator should be store(site)

1)create the site profile with site category as "A-store" by going to below path

SPROIMGLogistoics generalPlant masterSite profiles

with site category as "A" asigned.

2) Before create site profile create number ranges and account groups for customer and assigned same in the site profile you have created.

3) Go to WB01 - Enter the site number you want create, if you have more stores better create reference site first, its save time to create new stores, once you have create reference site go site profile and enter the reference site.

4) enter the site profile, reference site give the org details, calender, DChain, Address,

5) vlauation. listing POS and others details need to enter and save, if you maintain already all details in reference store, no need to etner all of them, just need to chagne address of the store.

6) also maitain the customer details (customer button) save the store

Hi Create site based on site profile, if profile is created for Distribution centre. then trying to create site it will not allow you to create site please check once again.

I believe you are you are entering in wrong flied the value.

for your site if that is a DC then you enter using Tcode MM41 as Distr. center and if that is Store then you enter in filed "Store"

Try enterinig your value in "Distr. center".

Create the site in the t code WB01 prior to that do the below settings

1. create the site profile with site category as "A-store" by going to below path

SPROIMGLogistoics generalPlant masterSite profiles

In Retail site will be created through WB01 t code with site category as "A"
