Sales orders not archived

Hi Experts

When the user created order he saved it and the save message has also came,but when the user went to VA02 and checking the "order is not archived or in the data base table " error message is coming what could have been the reasons for the deletion of the message, It has happend for two orders today, Please can help me at the earliest

I have some more update on this this order was created with reference t o and the user changed User change

1. PO number in the header,

2. Quantity in the item

3. Partner function "VE" in header and partner to same person.

and after saving the order and trying to see inb VA02

The erorr was" Express document update was teriminated recevied from author the User name.

Pls give some immediate solution on this

This error comes when u r using number range which is already used,

R u reset number ranges ??

ELSE

Go to Business work place (SAP INBOX),Double click on documents >> double click on error you will get details of error

Take help of ABAP or Basis team,

Hi,

Check the number range assigned for this document type whether the number range is sufficient or is to be extended.

Thanks for the Useful info, The number range is okay as we have the previous and the next number ranges,you u advise me to click on the error message rt ? to get the further deatils of the error i.e perofrmance assistant.
