Not possible to add an item directly in PO (Portal SRM)

Hi everyone,

My customer wants to add a special item in the Purchase Order, without any reference in the Shopping Cart. The need : the buyer as to take in charge "additional taxes" not forecasted during the Shopping Cart creation.

When we add an item in the PO (from the Portal SRM), even without a price, the system generates a message : Item is not linked to a shopping cart. (approximative translation)

Hi,

As a standard solution, it is possible to add materials/free text items to a PO. Please check if there is some custom development that is causing that error message to be thrown.
