SLD contains
1>SW catalog, which contains
SW product: is any application. Ex: MS office.
SW Component: is any new funcationality that is added to the product.
SW Component version: version of the new functionality.
2>System Catalog, which contains
Tech systems: SW products are installed on the tech systems.
Busines Systems: are Logical systems that take part in the actual message exchange.

Hello Manoj,
Technical System is a physical system and Business System is the logical presentation of that technical system. Suppose we have a ECC system for which we need to define one technical system TS_ECC which can't be directly used in configuring scenarios. We need to create one or more Business System (e.g. BS_ECC) for that Technical system to be used in our scenarios.
Basically Technical systems are physically present in the landscape and Business Systems are only the logical representation of those technical system. So we can define multiple Business System for a single Technical System, but can't define multiple technical system for a single physical system.
