Production support

Hi experts,

As we cannot do client billing by the number of users in XI , I want to devise some billing mechanism for my XI production support.

For e.g. for say X number of msgs flowing through the server we would charge say X amount or may be till X number of msgs in the system we would require 1 resource and over and above that we require another and then we can charge based on resources.

can anyone pls suggest ..

you can try using the same report as SAP uses to charge customers

but when i use this report it gives me output something like this :

can u tell me how do i interpret this and use it for billing

Hi,

I got a better one

report RSXMB_REMOTE_SERVCE from OSS note 746088

this one will show you grouped stats on the basis of which you can charge someone

BTW

the first report just shows how SAP charges so may not be that useful as this one from the oss note
