We are facing one issue in sm37, i.e after competition of one back ground job, it's automatically printed on the printer.

for this we have already done all necessary settings in sm36. here the prob is spool is created successfully, but it's not printed on the printer.

all necessary settings are done in the system. could please any one come across similar issue, please suggest me how to resolve this issues.

Thanks.

Venkat.

Am able to see the spool status as successful.

Well if you want the job to print directly you need to change the output settings on the job step

Hi,

Please Check the following

Check if the SAP Printer is configured correctly

Check if the user executing the job has the user settings not checked for " Print Out Immediately"

check if the job is going to the Unix Queue

The above steps would help you trouble shoot the issue
