LIS update during GI

HI i have a problem,the LIS info structures are not updating when the goods issue is happens via vl01n with out reference.but when the goods issue happens with reference the info structure is updating fine.plz help me how can i solve this.thanks alot.

Check OSS Note 140208 - SIS reorganization: Deliveries without order reference and Note 18784 - SIS: Updating deliveries without order reference.
