intercompany billing with 2 WBS of the same project

Is there any problem to make an intercompany billing with 2 WBS of the same project - if the WBS are assigned to different company codes?

Thanks Gokul. To add to his reply - You can have a project structure with different company codes but within the same controlling area.

As far as i know, there is absolutely no problem in doing this.This is a standard scenario. If you refer to the material PLM 230 you will get your answer instantly as a similar scenario has been explained there with an example.
