Hi All,
We are using SRM 5.0 and CCM 2.0. While uploading supplier catalog, catalog is getting locked for longer time and showing the status as "Running". The error message it is displaying when I am in edit mode of catalog is " catalog "amber catalog" is locked as catalog is being updated". Please help me how to unlock the catalog for editing purpose.

Check table /CCM/D_CTLG_REQ to verify if there is a lock existing on the catalog (entry in REQ_SENDER field)
If so this should be unlocked with report /CCM/CLEANUP_CATALOG
Also you can check the catalog status using table /CCM/D_CTLG for the relevent catalog in field Status.
