VF31 issue.

Hi friends,

The invoices aren't printing out of VF31, It says 'All selected output successfully processedu201D but the invoices do not come out. i have to go to VF03 and need to print.

Tell me where/ which table i can see the data regarding the printing history. Also i think the issue with BASIS, but i need to prove them that there is no error with SD billing/output type.

Or is there any issue with SD customisation..

Help me.

Hi,

Please check whether the PRINT IMMEDIATELY option is set or not in the COMMUNICATION METHD of the Condition record or not.

That migh be the issue of invoice not printing Automaticallyfrom VF31.

Please chcek and revert back.

Hi,

You can check the history in

T-code SE16 --> NAST --> In object key give your invoice number (If your invoice number is 7 Digit then make it 10 digit like 000XXXXXXX)

Also open you billing document in VF02

Click at Goto --> Header --> Output

Select your output type and check the communication method, processing log and further data.
