Is there a change document for Warehouse Management? For transactions LS02N and LS11.

As per m y best knowledge there's no change documents for storage bins. If there was change document you should be able to see it in LS02N / LS03N.

You can get only a few pieces of information (who changed it last time, last goods movement - see table LAGP)

(If you are asking the goods movement in relation to a particular bin, you can track them in LT22).
