Monitor user with Wily Introscope

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to activate a trace and monitor the actions of a user using Wily Introscope for say 2 weeks? If possible, would it incur any memory issues by leaving this trace on for such a long period?

Hi,

We can use Wily Introscope transaction tracer for running the trace for a specific period. I am not sure for how long we can run as I dont have the system infront of me now. U can specify the time Transaction Trace Session Timeout.

Of course, there will be memory issues if u are running a trace for a long time. But that can be reduced by specifying the threshold. If u r running this transaction to check each and every minute steps, then it is not advisable. But if ur threshold is pretty high, then it should not cause much issues.
