Dear Experts,

Generating reports in Transaction code SQVI, IN Production server joined the table. at the time of execution .getting an error no data was found , table joining is correct, i,e KNA1, VBAP

Hi

I feel that you must use the table VBAK also, as there is no Common primary fields is available in KNA1 and VBAP, so it is not possible to join them correctly.

what will be your expected selection screen fields & output fields is required?

The region (REGIO) is neither available in VBAK nor in VBAP.

So to get the report region wise you link KNA1 and VBAK on the basis of KUNNR and then VBAK and VBAP on the basis of VBELN.

In selection parameter you can keep the option of REGIO. So when the user will enter the region system will search the KUNNR on the basis of that and then as per the link will find the VBELN and so on you can get your data.

You can check the various standard report available for sales which may help you :-

Also check the path :- SAP easy Access >SAP Menu> Logictics>sales And distribution>sales Information system

There you may get lots of standard report.

I dont think, thr SQVI, you can get the report as you mentioned.

Sales:

1. Product wise - which you will get it in VBAP- is fine

2. Region wise - Still you have not provided , what exactly meant by region, Are you talking about Customer region or Sales district ( assume, you are using this field for reporting purpose)

3. pending orders - Which You will get it from V.02- Incomplete orders

4. delivery delays - is itself is a report,

Order Booking

1. Product wise

2. Region wise

- You have to go for Zreport-- if you need in your own format with required fields.
