Hi Karthika,
there is a known bug in SU10.
Please apply SAP note 1325775 (even if the described symptom does not fit exactly).
i think, afterwards SU10 will work again as expected.

Hi Kathika,
Confirm wheather Solman is CUA or a individual system. Also provide error you is getting after change in SU10.
IF you are using solman as a CUA then check your comany address are synchronized to child system in SCUG or not.
Also check SCUL log for the user id's not getting updated by change in SU10.
Cheers : )

Hi Karthika,
Try changing it in the client 000 in SU10.
with some super user account.when you change or say
create new company address then when creating users
you can add the existing address which were created .
In tool bar---SAP screen you will be finding that.so please
check that.Hope this helps.

You are not known to ask questions which provide all the required information, or a basic understanding of what you have done on your side. Just being honest...
> Solution manager is s single system.
You mean by this that it is not a dual stack system? Yet you have an SLD or tried to use one?
Asking vague questions here will not help you. If you suspect that the information is relevant (after thinking about it!) then include it in your question already...
This is to your advantage!
Cheers,
Julius
