SAP DMS vs. Opentext Doculink

We have implemented SAP ECC 5.0 and do not use the functionality of the DMS component.

We also have implemented Doculink into the system.

Can anyone help me with a basic comparison of capabilities and functionality of those components: DMS <-> Doculink.

DocuLink is a module powered by SAP Netweaver and based on SAP's ABAP language. It connects end users to all SAP business objects and executes SAP's authorization model, which restricts all unauthorized access to business-critical information in SAP systems.

DocuLink extends the SAP system with a process-oriented and application-spanning view of all business documentsu2014across SAP systems, SAP modules, and even non-SAP systems. DocuLink collects all business documents and reorganizes them according to the business process and the need for document retrieval. This is the key differentiator b/w SAP DMS and Doculink.
