Hi,
It is understood that you are creating u2018Nu2019 number of inquiries and want to create one quotation. Similarly from u2018Nu2019 number of quotations you want to create one sales order.
This can be done easily. First create u2018Nu2019 number of inquiries [VA11], say 3 inquiries. If you want to create a quotation for all 3 inquiries, go to VA21. Select u2018Create with Referenceu2019 to refer the inquiries. First enter one inquiry number and select u2018copyu2019 button or u2018Item selectionu2019 according to your need. To select the second inquiry in the quotation, go to u2018Sales documentu2019 in the menu bar and select u2018Create with referenceu2019; you will get the u2018Referenceu2019 screen again. Enter the second quotation number and click on u2018Copyu2019 or u2018Item selectionu2019 according to your need. In this way you can bring all the inquiries into one quotation. Then save the quotation.
In the same manner, you can bring all the quotations into one sales order.
Hope this will be useful to you.

K Bharathi
