In SPRO ... Settins... plant must be assign to shipping point ...in OVXC assignt shipping point to plant

Hi

Plant is determined in SO as per folowing

Customer material Inforamtion

Customer master

Material Master

Shipping point is determined automatically in SO from SPRO OVL2 settings based on shipping condition (ship to partymaster data), loading group (material master ) and plant (in SO) combination

You can set up default and manually proposed shipping points in this setting.

Hi,

Plant should be picked Automatically either from CMIR , CMR or MMR provided if it maintained

For SHIPPING POINT to determine automatically you have to maintain some settings in OVL2 trasaction code

Maintain the SHIPPING CONDITIONS

LOADING GROUP from the Material master

PLANT

Proposed shipping point

If you did this settings, and eventhough the SHIPPING POINT not determined, then goto the change mode of the Sales order and try to enter the SHIPPING POINT in the ITEM--SHIPPING tab, then system will throw the error if any thing is missing, please follow iti

Hi Rao,

Please maintained the plant in your material also as Delivering plant.

Also check have you maintained the loading group in your material or not

and

Shipping condition in your customer master.

Apart from assigning shipping point to plant.

Do the shipping point determination in

SPRO - Logistic Execution - Shipping -Basic Shipping Functions - Shipping point and goods receiving point determination

There assign the shipping point for the combination of

Delivering plant

Loading group

Shipping conditions
