CIM_ERR_FAILED & DTR server exception

Hi to all experts,

I am facing 2 errors while performing "Initial setup of functional unit Development Infrastructure (DI all-in-one)" in NWA.

1. Error: CIM_ERR_FAILED: User credentials are invalid or user is denied access

- I already tried reset the password of NWDI_CMSADM in ABAP (UME = ABAP) and DTR's system-tools/administration, but still getting this error. I have also tried deleted the system user and recreated the user, it's still the same....If I keep retrying the step, the user will be locked.

2. DTR (URL http://xxx:50000/dtr) server exception: Could not create workspace

- Previously we have few tracks that are created by someone, i have deleted all the tracks and recreate my own track, but now i am facing this error. I have also tried to add in CMS and add SC, SC can be added but CMS cannot be saved as this error will be appeared. Should I create the ws manually or have to delete the old ws(tracks already been deleted)

I really appreciate if anyone of you can help me with this.

Hello Nancy

Is this is an ABAP+JAVA instance?

If so, you have to be sure that password for NWDI_ADM user in SU01 is the same

as the NWDI_ADM password entered in the domain data. Please also

ensure whether it is locked, if so, unlock it.

Hi Nancy ,

check the suggetion above and if it dont work still , nwdi server restart resolve thee issue. same issue resolved by restart once in our eenvironment.

issues solved after i assigned the user with all the NWDI groups.
