Inspection characterstics

Hi, we have difference characterstics in single type of characteristic. Like in viscosity, we have viscosity 50, viscosity 80, viscosity 100 etc. please advise during master data upload do we need to upload all as individually? Also we need to have lower limit and upper limit in inspection plan for individual materials. Please suggest.

Hi

Better to create the MIC's as viscosity 50, viscosity 80, viscosity 100.

Keept the MIC with incomplete copy model if you want to change the UCL & LCL in Inspection plan.

Keep the MIC with complete copy model if you do not want to change the UCL & LCL in Inspection plan.

Then upolaod the MIC's using upload program.

As like Mr sujith told u can same VICSO or else create VISCO1 and VISCO2 and VISCO3 for 3 parametrs and in the descirption filed use to diffrential these 3 fields

Hi,

Creat 3 different MIC of Viscosity like V1,V2,V3.As Sujit said upload as per guidline.

Note: how you have maintained MIC at individual plant level,or at dummy plant level.Advantage of using dummy plant it can be easyly assigned to Inspection plan.
