GRMG Scenario deactivated

Hello experts,

I'm trying to run a GRMG-Lite Szenario using a RFC-Connection to the SLD of a Process Integration System. I created the Scenario on our Solution Manager SP20 (EHP1) in client 000. This solman is our CEN. The RFC-Connection works properly.

When I try to activate the Scenario, it says the scenario was started, but the status is still grey (the deactivated-symbol).

I tried it on another system, there the scenario worked. I also have problems starting any other scenario on this Solman.

I read the prerequisites fpr GRMG monitoring and checked that ICM is active, a sapccmsr-agent is running on the maschine and is registered to the solman.

Has anyone an idea what could be wrong?

Hi,

Can you make sure ICM on ABAP stack works fine.(T-code SMICM).

Thank you for the answer

As I said, the ICM is active and the sapccmsr-agent is also working properly.

I checked the documentation and notes, but they unfortunately did not provide any further help.
