Sensitive codes for goods in Switzerland (IDEE / E-DEC Export)

Hi everyone,

I have a question concerning codes for sensitive goods :

I got a request from the CH-Customs for specific commodity codes they need additional codes ("0","1") that specifies the goods are senistive. I checked into GTS but I can't find any fields or codes where I can select that, furthermore

I don't know where I could add such godes for that, maybe they are missing in the coustomizing.

Do you have any idea how to add sensitive codes for goods or do they exist already and I can't find them?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in andanve

Hello Gaspare,

am no expert on it, i would say it is a quite complex requirement from the swiss authorities.

I think what you are looking for is the NZE codes ( GTS term OGA codes). Depending on the tariff of a product you need to tell the authorities additionally.

Example: Tariff number 29339990 has a NZE code 030 PIC:

The NZE Code 030 can have the following expressions:

0301 PIC mit Kontrolle vor Freigabe der Ware

0302 PIC ohne Kontrolle gemäß Deklarant

0303 PIC mit Kontrolle vor Freigabe der Ware oder ohne Kontrolle

Master Data:

You can load files with OGA codes (f.e. from customs info) in the Tariff part of the Menu_Legal.

Then you have to assign the NZE codes to your products. This is done in the product master where you tariff your products. There you have to assign additional requirements:

Example:

031 Bewilligungspflichtig fuer BWIP - Staatssekretariat für Referenzcode nicht aktiv

032 Bewilligungsfrei gemäß Deklarant fuer BWIP - Referenzcode aktiv

041 Bewilligungspflichtig fuer BWKM - Staatssekretariat für keine Aussage

042 Bewilligungsfrei gemäß Deklarant fuer BWKM - keine Aussage

201 Bewilligungspflichtig fuer SM - Swissmedic/Schweizerisches keine Aussage

202 Bewilligungsfrei gemäß Deklarant fuer SM - keine Aussage

In the Export declaration you find this code on the item tab General Data. There is a button OGA Codes. Here you should see now the OGA that you have assigned before in the product master.

This functionality works only if you tariff your products on GTS side.

Hope it helps.
