Notification-Automatic PopUp (CS module)

Hi,

when a user creates a new notification (transaction IW51 or IW54) an

automatic POP-UP shows the last 6 notification created under that same

vessel (Lloyds code).

When I check via transaction IW59 for that same vessel I get another

list concerning the TOP 6 results.

But, the list which I expect to come (list of 6 notifications) from IW59 is different than the one which is coming as a PopUp while creating the Notification. Plz suggest me how does the system picks up the 6 noifications (on what criteria) in the PopUp.

Hi,

Create Object information key by t-code OIMD

or copy std object info key.

Assign it to notification

IMG >>> Plant maintenance & cs >>> Maintenance & service processing >>> maintenance & service notification >>> Notification processing >>> Object information >>> Create & assign object information key to notification type

Now when u will put equipment number or any other object in notification & enetr system will give pop up,

in the pop up screen this will show wht actions earlier carried out for this object.
