PO with service line items

Hi,

When a Service SC is created with free text description with multiplle line items having differenct tax codes. PO gets created with multiple line item in SRM, however in the R/3 the PO is with single line item (consolidated), In item details of the PO under services tab, the line items are available, however the invoice tab has only one tax code.

This causes issues while posting the invoice.

Any suggestion how this can be overcome. The users want to have to functionality of adding different tax codes for each line items.

Hi,

The field TAX_COD from SC items is copied into the corresponding field of service lines (s. parameter po_services of the interface BAPI_PO_CREATE) but NOT to po_items.

Please check the customizing settings in your backend system under MM/External Service Management/Taxes at Individual Service Level, the indicator "Taxes at Individual Service Level" to see if it is set.

This may be the reason why the tax code is and not taken from EBP.

Could you maybe set the indicator active and check if the problem still persists?

Even after checking the indicator, the problem exists.
