Upgrade Problem 7.5.00.51 to 7.7.6.16

I am trying to upgrade liveCache from 7.5.00.51 to 7.7.6.16 and when I use SDBUPD, I got kicked out with user_login failed error. When I tried to login with control, it gives me the following error. I am also attaching some more information that may be of relevance. Can you help to tell how to resolve this issue?

you can use,maxdb studio for this,

User is ADMIN, default password is ADMINISTRATOR and database automatically taken to offline mode with this.

if you use CONTROL user, check correct password.

This is a known upgrade issue when upgrading from a database with a non-unicode catalog to a MaxDB >= 7.7.04.

This specific case is already handled by SAP support - so you may close this thread!
