No 'line' on dotmatrix printer

Hi all,

I have a shared dotmatrix printer on PC (LQ2180), driver has been installed properly and I setup the device type SWIN in SPAD. When the user print smartform, not all the border line on smartform printed, based on the print preview in SP01, the border line should be there....Sometimes the portrait smartform printed as landscape........Anyone can help?

Which page format you have selected for smartform printing.

Hi..

A bit modification on left and right size of smartform solves this issue. My only issue is now that the portrait paper output as landscape..the page format is DINA5...
