If I'm in the wrong forum I apologize. I've spent most of the day trying to get tech support and navigate the SAP websites. I've just reinstalled Crystal Report Writer v. 10 on my new computer. Operating system....Microsoft Windows XP Professional v. 5.1. All my software is installed and working properly except Crystal. When I open Crystal and bring up the report and "refresh" the data....nothing comes up. It is not recognizing the database. Are there setting's in ODBC that need to be adjusted? I'm at a loss as to what to do. Upgrading to a new computer should not be this difficult!! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
