Hi GDS gurus,

How can I get an account to access 1sync?

Can we access 1sync from GDS Console?

Is there a relation between 1sync and GDS Console at authorization level?

Hi John,

to get access to 1Sync you need to contact 1Sync directly, if your company is already a subscriber, you can contact their customer service directly at

Direct web access to 1Sync from the GDS console is not a feature, you have to log in via browser with your individual 1Sync user to the landscape you are authorized pre-prod or production.
