Hi,
Please let me know if Purchase Orders are stored in tables in APO as well.I know they are stored in Live Cache and can be extracted using BAPI.

Simply you can use this live cache FM and pass required parameters.
/SAPAPO/OM_PEGID_GET_IO. Prior to execute this FM you need to create sim session.

In APO:
1) Type Tcode Se11
2) In database tables field type "/SAPAPO/ORDADM* "
3) Press f4
4) You will get Order header and Order item tables.
