label printing sorted by materials

Hi All,

I need a way to print labels sorted by materials (style-color). Now all I can do is to print sorted by stores, which is set up by SAP automatically. It's a total waste of time to tear those labels apart and sort them by style-color myself.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi,

Do you have one spool per forms or one spool with all forms inside ?

If you have one spool with all forms inside, in your print program just sort the data as you want before "printing" it and that will work.
