Person responsible field & applicant number in WBS

Hi,

Person responsible & applicant number fields are copying from Proj definition.

Client requirement is these fields should not copy from Proj def.

In WBS client has to enter these fields manually

Kindly share your views how to do this?

Hi,

You can use substitution for this. Whenever the person responsible field and applicant no is not equal to blank in project definition then substitute those fields of all WBS elements as blank. Later you can input the details in WBS.

Also, check automatic substitution for WBS elements in project profile config.

Is it from SPRo setting?

Client requirement is not to flow these 2 fields from proj def
