Can I delete 800 delivery at a time with single transaction? I know we can delete by VL02N one by one but not collective. If it is possible than let me know any transaction for the same or we need to take help of ABAP team to resolve the issue.

I would suggest to use the LSMW for making mass deletion of delivery.
Another suggestion is that NEVER try to change anything directly in the table as suggested earlier, it may create data inconsistency.

You can use transaction &SAP_EDIT in SE16N (LIKP, LIPS)
This transaction allow you deleting delivery directly in tables LIKP & LIPS
