Collective Reversel of PGI

I want to reverse approximate 800 PGI at a time, it is not possible to reverse one by one reversal. Who will tell me is it possible to reverse all outbound delivery at a time.

I have tried the same by using transaction code vl09, but it can only reverse one by one.

Use LSMW and revarsal PGI and delete deliveries.

Hi,

You can very well reverse multiple deliveries which are PGIed at a time through VL09 only.

Go to VL09, enter selection criteria like shipping point, route, actual goods mov. date etc and at the bottom select the radio button of Outbound Delivery and then execute. System will show all the deliveries that are PGIed, then on top of the screen, beside reverse button there is one logo button that says select all. Click on that button, so that all the del. will be selected then click on Reverse button to reverse PGI.

All the selected del. will be reversed provided all are already PGIed

I have tried just now vth VL09,

Copied list of delivery doc's which need to be reversed & paste in VL09 in delivery field

execute, clicked on select all & choose Reverse.

its done.
