Unable to edit http proxy settings

Hi

I have downloaded a send email webservice and then saved it as a wsdl file.

Now, I created a proxy from this wsdl file using option:

local file system radio button.

After implementing this proxy I get following error while execution :

Service call exception; nested exception is: java.rmi.RemoteException: The host of endpoint URL "http://www.abysal.com/soap/soapmail.wdtp" was not found. Check if the WS Client is configured correctly. Probably endpoint URL is not set or use of HTTP Proxy is required.; nested exception is: java.net.UnknownHostException: www.abysal.com

I then imported a similar webservice in similar manner again got same error for it as well.

Now, I tried to change the http proxy settings in :

models -> proxyname -> logical ports -> port name

In dialogue box that appears there is a checkbox saying "Use HTTP Proxy"

When I click on this check box, it does not enable :

proxy host and proxy port settings.

Plesae note, that I have used local file system radio button to create proxy client.
