Eception -CRM Web GUI

Hi All,

In CRM 7.0 ,when launching the CRM WebGUI ,the page is opening up ,but at the top its throwing an exception

An error occurred during initialization of the application

An exception occurred during the internal HTTP communication

Rest is CRM WebGUI screen

=========

Have checked note 1244321 ,but it didn't helped.

Can you please suggest!!

Hi Ajay,

What is the URL name it is getting redirected when you are trying to access CRM Web GUI.

You need to activate applications via SICF from SAP system like e.g. sap/bc/webgui

after activating this application will be visible. Hope this helps.

HI Rupali,

All services are active in sicf.

Its redirecting to below URL

http://HOSTNAME.domain.com:8002/sap(bD1lbiZjPTkwMCZkPW1pbg==)/crm_logon/default.htm

WebGUI screen is openig up and we can navigate as well,but on the top of the WebGUI page there is the exception.

A EXCP> Attribute LINE in class CX_SHM_NO_ACTIVE_VERSION not inherited from CX_SHM_CHANGE_LOCK_ACTIVE.

A EXCP> Attribute INCLUDE in class CX_SHM_NO_ACTIVE_VERSION not inherited from CX_SHM_CHANGE_LOCK_ACTIVE.

A EXCP> Attribute LINE in class CX_SHM_NO_ACTIVE_VERSION not inherited from CX_SHM_CHANGE_LOCK_ACTIVE.

Any ideas please.
