Hi,

you also can use config tool where only the database has to be up and running.

Hi Juergen,

Can you please advice how to revert changes to service com.sap.security.core.ume.service in config tool ? Because I am unable to login into Visual Administrator and want to do it from configtool.

Thanks,

You'll be able to log on via the offline config editor.

The problem appears to reside in the UME -

Reason is: Core service com.sap.security.core.ume.service failed. J2EE Engine cannot be started

Whatever that was changed here needs to be changed back.
