Contract awaiting approval on SRM browser and in BBP_PD it's completed

Hi,

I have searched for assistance on workflow related threads I have found nothing.

I have a contract, I ran BBP_PD, it is completed there, when I try to start workflow it shows as complete or no workitem found.

On the front end it is awaiting approval.

please assist.

Hello,

Probably the contract change version has not been closed.

At BBP_PD, check "version" session and see which version is in awaiting approval status.

Then you can manually close it via SWO1 transaction.

see first what is the recent change version in the browser via versionand go to bbp_pd and click the change version and take the guid of GOA. and try via swo1 with help of workflow administrator.

Did you close GOA means it is completed . check functional GOA is really completed or not.

and also check me33k of this contract. are they locked all items
