may i know that how to use the sap help portal and how to search the required topic i.e master data and etc.

Goto the Link

http://help.sap.com/

In that at left hand site there is an overview documentation in which you can find the SAP R/3 and R/2 enterprise

Click on that it will open an new page where u can find all the Releases like 4.7 , 5.0 and 6.0

Click on the release u need and click on the

LOGISTICS->SALES & DISTRIBUTION>BASIC FUNCTION....

There you will find all the nodes step by step.

Alternatively you can also cehck the details in search,, but it wiill help only if you know the correct node.

Click on Search documentation.A new window will be opened.

Type your word.

Click on search.

Search list will be opened.From this you can get the required data.
