Dear Experts .

my client req is Export customer master creation. need transportaion zone south to be created , and country is poland, kindly help me in customisation, with img path complete process of creation of export customer master

Hi,

CREATE ACCOUNT GROUP

Create account group - Export Party's by OBD2

Create Number ranges for customer master - XDN1

Asign Number ranges to account group

IMG >> Financial accounting new >>> Account recievable & paybles >>> customer account >>> master data >>> preparations for creating customer master data >>> assign number ranges to account group

Now go to OBD2 >>> Select acct. group >>>details >>>Double click on genral data >>> double click on adress >>>tickmark to REQUIRE or Optional entry in front of Transportation zone

PARTNER DETERMINATION FOR CUSTOMER

IMG >> SD >> BASIC FUNCTIONS >> Partner determination

OR t-code VOPA

Create partner procedure or copy existing AG,

Speciefy partner functions in this new procedureas SP,SH,BP,PY

Assign account group to partner functions

Assign account group for partner procedure

Then you will be able to create Customer by XD01/FD01/VD01

You can create Export customer same as normal customer,

regarding Transportation Zone, which indicates in Customer Master, is the geographical location of the Customer where exists.

you can create the same -

Tcode:OVR1

Country / Zone/ Description-

Once Tzone Created assign the same in Export Customer Master- Gen data.
