Hi

i have activated QM Module , Material Stocks will be posted to Quality Inspection Type in purchase order it shows Quality stock when i go and check in MMBE - Stock Overview it is showing in On - Order Stock

i want to move this stock to quality or in to unrestricted ...

Please help me to solve this issue

If it is showing in the category as On-Order then why do you want it in QI at this time? You don't have it yet, no stock exists in your plant yet, it is on order.

If you need an inspection lot before receipt, maintain a Quality info record for procurement (QI01), and sepcify a source inspection. Then the lot gets created when the purchase order is released.

Hi

1.First check the material documents(GR).Is there any inspection lot generated for this material

If yes then go to QA32 & take Usage Decision of the lot.

if not then go to MB1B>321>enter material,Qty & storgae Location ,post the material to Unrestyricted

As material is shows in Order mans some order must be created for this material like 261 mvt or so.

check in Mb51 all mvt type against this material
