Module wise authorization

Hi all ,

In my sandbox client there are some functional consultants ID from different module. I need to give them authorization for only their particular module. How to do it. Please help me.

hi,

what all things you can do for this--

a)create a role using PFCG for a particular module, generate it and save it.

b)Assign those role using SU01 to particular users of the said sandbox client

c)now things are ready to be used.

Hi Ashish ,

Thanks for your reply . But I need to know how to how to create role for particular role (SD, MM ,FICO) using PFCG. Because there much more transaction codes and authorizations for different module.

hi,

when you start to create a role using PFCG ,you can select from the sap menu tree which is there and the type of module for which you want to create the role like MM SD , and generate it. hope you got my point because in from PFCG only you can select a particular module..
