Notification to bidder

Hi all,

My system is issuing a message to the bidder before ending the the submission deadline of the RFX.

"Please check RFx xxxxxxxxx"

Alert ID: ##00266##

Before the end of the submission deadline you have not yet enter a bid

What is the WF or function that is sending this message? we would like to cancel it.

This comes from event control in customization (SPRO), i.e. event NO_BID_SUBMITTED for object type BUS2200. You would need to remove this event control from the event schema defined in your RFQ transaction type used. To do this,

1) check the event schema used for your RFQ. go to SRM Server -> cross application basic settings -> define transaction type and then select BUS2200 and double click on Transaction types. Find the one that is used in your RFQ, and display details.You should see the even schema.

2) go to SRM Server -> cross application basic settings -> event and event schema for alert management -> define event schema and select BUS2200 and double click on event schema. There you could display the detail event control. Remove the control for "NO_BID_SUBMITTED".
