product interchangeablity -scenario

Hi Guys,

I created product interchangeablity group and done checking instruction for interchangeablity even now , the product A is not replaced with B , please through some light , how to check and correct.

In APO spro transaction, under the below menu path,

spro > sap implementation guide > apo > master data

> product and location interchangeability > application

settings > ....

Hi Tamizh,

Please check on the below customisation points

1) Attribute properties

2) Member types (as basic member type as product)

3) Replacement types

4) Interchangeability types

5) Reason codes (which will figure out the exact type of replacement reasons)

6) Consistency check profiles

Hi Thamizh,

Please check the following

1) Check whether both the products A and B are assigned to model

2) Run a consistency check inside the product interchangeability

group by pressing control plus F2

3) Check the dates for usage of products in the group

I have done the check suggested by you ,every thing is ok , however it is not giving desire result , can you tell me what i need to check from configuration pointg of view.
