Problem on GRC access control 5.3 : violation of primary Key

Hello;

I'm trying to use the offline fonction of GRC access control 5.3.

When i try do schedule a background job , i always have the same message error :

Failed to schedule background job: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__VIRSA_CC__CD01726E0FF7799F'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'SAPG01DB.VIRSA_CC_SCHEDULER'.

I've this problem since yesterday, but before there was no problem to execute a background job.

And this message error is now display for each time i try to make a background job and for each fonctionnalities of access control (risk analysis, rule generation....)

Hello,

I belive, the application is trying to schedule a job with a Job ID, which is already in the table. I suggest you open a CSS message so we can debug and resolve this issue asap.

I've deleted all the jobs in the job list and now i can schedule new background jobs
