Hello,

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I am currently facing this issue and cannot find a solution until now.

I am getting the same error message ("Usage decision data for inspection lot cannot be displayed") when trying to display the inspection lot from the maintenance order.

Order type and inspection type 14 are well linked for the plant in customizing.

I am using a task list of type A (general task list) created through IA05 transaction with inspection point "300 Inspection of equipment", is it correct?

Or should I create it through QM transaction QP01? (but there I cannot find inspection point 300)

My equipment is not serialized, is it a problem? Does calibration work only with serialized equipments?

Actually, I find strange that by using general task list and unserialized equipment, there is no link with any material... Can inspection lot be used without material (with equipment)?

I found OSS note 598757 related to this but it is for v4.6 & 4.7 (I am on ECC6). Anyway, I downloaded it and it says "canot be implemented".

In QA02 I can display the inspection lot and it is in status CRTD PASG

I found the solution!

The MIC has to be linked to a sampling procedure

"For each sampling procedure used at the characteristic level of the maintenance task list, you specify an identifier for inspection points based on the inspection lot quantity (plant maintenance)." says the SAP help.

I created a new version of my MIC's and replaced them in the task list and it is now working fine!

MIC assigned to the task list then the inpection lot comes to released state and it is displaying the inspection lot

i clicked the inspec specs the task list group is found

Then i clicked sample

Now when i click save it just coming out without saving

The order is not released when i checked QA32

Hi

what is status of the lot.

is it CRTD

1.In QA32 check the lot number

2.Go to Qa02

3.enter lot number

4.click on Inspec Specs

5.task list will be attached to the lot

6.click on sample

7.save.

Now if task list is not created then go to QP01 >enter material>date must be prior to that of Creation of Inspection lot.

Usage :5

Status 4

save the task list

Now follow above procedure of QA02

Status of the lot will become CRTD to REL

Now take UD
