I have cancelled a GR. That inspection lot is showing as LTCA in tcode - QA32.

I dont want that LTCA display lots on that screen. I want Only the inspection lots with CRTD, REL and INSP

You can create selection status profiles to not show the LTCA lots and save the profile in config. These can then be selected in the drop down box for the status profile field in QA32/33 and other transactions as well. You can select a particular one and save it as a transaction variant or user variants so it doesn't have to be reselected each time you enter the transaction.

To delet status LTCA from QA32 list :-

---> BS42 t-code

Create new selection profile

Customizing:

--> Create "New Entry"

--> Selection profile: Enter Name (ex: aqm0001) and description (ex:delet status LTCA from QA32 list )

--> Status profile: no entry

--> Doupbel click Selection conditions

--> Select New Entries

--> Field "Stat. prof." Enter: QM_L_001

--> Field "Status" Enter:LTCA

--> Check bock not: Activate the box

--> SAVE

when enter qa32 and select profile (ex:aqm0001) , you will see all inspection lots without LTCA status in list

Not you can use this selection schema e.g. for QA32 & QA33. If you need it as default, create a User-Variant (with Variant name: U_XXX)

XXX is you SAP Username (Logon Name)

You can filter the lots with status "LTCA".

In QA32, Select filter and select filter criteria as "system status".Here select the required statues and dont select "LTCA",It will show all the lots except LTCA lots.
