Hi everyone,

I installed livecache 7.7 with scm7.0,when i did postinstallation Initialization or run t-code lca03,i got error dump as below.now the livecache states is good.in scm server I not installed package Lcapps.please help give your advise,thank you so much.

Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to

find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

thanks for your reply,I have checked the notes 1249870,my SCM system packages level higher the SCM02,so these notes not avaiable.thank you so much,anyway.

anybody can help me?

whether I must install LCAPPS package on SCM7.0 server??

Hello,

-> What is the SCM SP on your system?

-> Was you able to restart the liveCache in LC10, lcinit.log check;

-> Is it brand new SCM 7.0 installation?

-> Could login to the liveCache server & run the command:

sdbregview -l

update with output.

-> Did you create the SAP ticket, component BC-DB-LCA, where this issuereported.

2. restart livecache is fine in LC10

3.scm is a new installation.

4.run sdbregview -l is good,everythin is valid

Hello,

OK, you are running u201CSCM 7.0 SP2u201D

I asked you to post the output of u2018sdbregview u2013lu2019 to see the database software packages &

Versions of the database software packages on the liveCache server.

According the u201CMatrix of released LCA builds for SAP SCM 7.0u201D you need at least LCA - 70.06 PL 001 released with liveCache version 7.7.04.29.

If you didnu2019t upgrade the LCA/liveCache after installation from the CD, you need to do it u2026

I recommend to update the LCA/liveCache using the note 1378450, then after the liveCache will be restarted in LC10, go further with the post-installation steps

Hi Jimmy,

We have also upgraded SSCM7.0 and we are also facing same issue.

Now we are trying to upgrade the LC 7.7 but it is asking the DBM user and password we have given user control and password is control but it is not accepting the same user authentication failed.

Please tell us how you hav eupgraded the LC ?
