Hi all,
i have done system copy from Production system to test system(offline backup). After that i started SAP and Scheduled SGEN on selected components(BASIS, ABAP, APPL & P3A). SGEN is running from last 10 days, it completes 48 percent only. i have cancelled SGEN and started working on it. But transactions also taking somuch time to open.
For this i have checked Tablespaces(90% used) and logs, everything is fine. But i found some developer trace files and operating system logs. please suggest me to resolve the issues.

If you do a database copy the load will also be copied, why do you run SGEN then?

Cancel SGEN, update statistics and run it again.
