Printing Issue.

Dear gurus

I'm facing an issue in printing.

I have installed two printers in different location.

when printing a smartform on printer A the output result is Ok but when i send a print on printer B the output result is messed up.

i have even installed the same driver's on the printer B.

what is the issue?

Hi,

Please check :

1) Are the printers of same make and driver.

2) Printer queue definition in your print server

3) Print settings can be defined in smart forms also. Please check printer settings mentioned in the smart form code.

4) Paper sizes in both printers.
