Dear Experts

I need to create new transpotation zone in customer master data. i.e south for export customer , kindly let me know the customization path ,since i have east & west it is defined.

Hi,

Follow the below steps:

1. Create the Route first (Tcode: 0VTC)

PATH; IMG - LE - TRANSPORTATION - BASIC TRANSPORTATION FUNCTIONS - ROUTES - DEFINE ROUTES -

DEFINE ROUTES AND STAGES

2. Create Transportation Zone (Tcode: OVR1)

PATH; IMG - LE - TRANSPORTATION - BASIC TRANSPORTATION FUNCTIONS - ROUTES - ROUTE DETERMINATION - DEFINE

TRANSPORTATION ZONES

3. Route Determination (Tcode: 0VRF)

PATH; IMG - LE - TRANSPORTATION - BASIC TRANSPORTATION FUNCTIONS - ROUTES - ROUTE DETERMINATION - DEFINE

MAINTAIN ROUTE DETERMINATION

Here enter Departure Country ex: GB, Departure Zone - GB01223333

and Destination Country ex: FR, Receiving Zone - FR10100100

4. Assign Transportation Zone to Customer (Tcode: XD02 OR VD02 )

PATH: SAP Easy Acces - Logistics - SD - Master Data - Business Partner - Customer - Change

here assign your new Transportation zone to your Export Customer.

Let us know-

what purpose you need Transportation zone.

its generally used to determine route, based on other factors such as Dep cntry / Dep Zone , ship cond & Transportation group-

Once Transp.Zone is created , need to be assigned in Customer Master- VD02.
